Monday: Recovery Day/Mental Day

Tuesday: 20 minute conditioning & Lower body strength training

Weds: Static Stretch Day

Thursday: 20 minute conditioning & Upper Body Strength Training

Friday: Full Body Conditioning (Half the period), Yoga
