Monday: Conditioning (Jump Rope, Leg Swoops, Squats, Planks)

Tuesday:  Lower body weight training

Weds: Conditioning (5 suicides in 6 minutes, Stair workout)

Thursday: Upper Body Weight Training

Friday: Mental Health Day/Dynamic Stretch
